The wife and I, had back in 2016 went in for an oil change and in sho Initially at first, I was going to give this rating a 3 and let me explain why. The wife and I, had back in 2016 went in for an oil change and in short, was convinced in attaining a new vehicle from our current one. 2013 Rogue. The sales man Keith at that time was very helpful and even suggested a "Lease to buy program" which sounded convincing enough to me. It is now 2019 and our least to buy option is up to which we had made an appointment and met with a salesman by the name of Marco Hurtado. When he approached us, he was very friendly and customer service like which I greatly appreciate it cause I work in the hospitality industry for well over 11 years and he is great. HE mentioned to us on attaining a new vehicle which at first we declined cause we wanted to work on reducing payments on our current vehicle. In short, I was greatly disappointed at the beginning cause now they were asking for a huge down payment to start off for the remainder of the 2016 rogue. I felt I was trapped, deceived cause it wasn't explained to me at the beginning that at the end of the contract lease, it would require a down payment. We paid around 17 grand for our lease time and that went down the drain. Great disappointment needless to say. Mr. Marco Hurtado had fixed that for us. He was patient and understanding to what was happening and he worked his magic along with a Mr. Bill who finalized our deal. Mr. Hurtado was an angel in disguise cause he saw the disappointment I had on my face and was determined to change that quickly. Now, my wife is very happy but also at the same time disappointed that 17 grand went for nothing. From here forward, we will NEVER go with the "Lease to buy option" only straight finance and yes if need be we will be returning to Universal Nissan because the experience we had was fantastic and well worth the time spent there. Thanks universal Nissan for making my wife and me happy with her new rogue. See you guys again soon. More

Very Competitive After about 30 mins of negotiations, due to credit score and down payment requested. I was about to walk away, then I was asked for my final offer. They spoke to Hyundai Financial services and i was approved. I was in and out within 30 with financing then had their vehicle specialist walk me through the entire car system step by step. He even waited patiently while i was on the phone with my insurance company to add the new vehicle. They were all extremely pleasant. More
