This dealer falls very short on customer service especially after you have left the lot. Recently purchased a vehicle and have yet to receive our permanent tag and now the temporary tag has expired. especially after you have left the lot. Recently purchased a vehicle and have yet to receive our permanent tag and now the temporary tag has expired. 3 different days of calls and messages left and nothing returned to discuss and now have a car we can’t drive. I guess at this point all there is to do is to laugh at the lack of leadership and accountability for people to do their job correctly. Maybe one of these days our new temp tag will show up or even our regular plate. Maybe go to other dealers who have more competent employees. More
