Good morning, Susanna in your message you’re telling me if I’m willing to continue the conversation? What are you talking about? You guys made me go to the dealer on Monday 31 we spent more than 2 hours waiting for our car, my wife and I both loose hours of work and Alex Guarino said ‘“here is your car all is done should be perfect now, call me if anything’s is wrong”. The same Monday night I called home back said to him that my car was still with the same issue, of course he asked me for some time while he spoke to the manager of used cars, 2 days later he came back letting me know that the dealer by orders of his manager said unfortunately not gonna be able to do anything for us, at this point we were disregard by the dealer and you know what’s the worst? Is my second car bought this year CASH, one brand new in universal Hyundai and the used car bought in October 4th which is pretty much brand new too. You must be the one telling what you are gonna do to solve this problem before I take you to the better business bureau, to small claims court and I’ll take to TV as well.
