Shady business — vehicle condition was misrepresented I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. When I purchased my car, the d misrepresented I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. When I purchased my car, the dealership showed me a clean Carfax, which gave me confidence that the vehicle had never been in an accident. After the purchase, I ran the vehicle through other vehicle-history reports and discovered that the car had actually been involved in an accident that was not reflected on the Carfax they showed me. I also discovered issues with the passenger seat. It was not the original seat that belonged in the vehicle and appears to have been taken from a different model. On top of that, there was paint/bodywork that appeared to have been covered up. Over time, the cover-up began to deteriorate and the underlying issues became more noticeable. Had I known the true history and condition of the vehicle, I would not have purchased it or would have negotiated a significantly different price. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. A dealership should be upfront about a vehicle’s accident history, repairs, and condition rather than allowing a buyer to believe they’re purchasing a clean vehicle based on a Carfax report. I would be very cautious purchasing a used vehicle here. Get multiple vehicle-history reports and have the car independently inspected before signing anything. More
