I purchased my vehicle through a broker, with the car originating from Universal Mitsubishi. Prior to the purchase, I identified several issues with the car and requested that the broker contact the deal originating from Universal Mitsubishi. Prior to the purchase, I identified several issues with the car and requested that the broker contact the dealer to determine whether they would address these concerns. After sending photographs of the issues, the broker received confirmation from the dealer that the repairs would be taken care of, and a We OWE document was included in the contract. Upon visiting Universal Mitsubishi, I spoke with Andy (the Sales Manger) and began to show him the problems with the vehicle. He informed me that, as it was a used car, such issues can occur and declined to make the requested repairs. He was a complete xxx Hole. Following my visit, Andy relayed to the broker that I left satisfied, which was not accurate. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed by Andy during my interaction at Universal Mitsubishi. Based on this experience, I will Not to return or recommend their services to anyone in the future. If this is the way you train your workers to work with the public, you should be ashamed! More
