We quickly realised that we can't live here without a car. We conducted a little research and decided Honda would be on our short list of vehicles to test drive. Valley Honda was recommended to us by a neighbour so we headed there first. We were introduced to Victor Ramirez who straight away made us feel welcome and he took us out to test two SUV models. He explained all of the technical/mechanical features clearly and concisely. It wasn't long before we realised this was the right choice and had no need to look any further. As the day rolled on, Victor went way above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed and accommodated as the administrative process panned out. I was genuinely awestruck at how streamlined the experience turned out. We walked out of their office that evening feeling like kids on Christmas eve. A special shout-out to Mari who warmly guided us through the financial/legal process like we were chatting with one of our family or friends.
