My husband is a Nissan guy but when he drove the Accord, he fell in love. The car drives smoothly and has a lot of leg room (front and rear). More

Fairly quick from start to end I just recently bought a certified used 2012 Honda Civic from Valley Honda. I worked with Brian V and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told h I just recently bought a certified used 2012 Honda Civic from Valley Honda. I worked with Brian V and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him where I needed to be with my budget as well as how I was hoping to get a newer car with lower miles. I was impressed - Brian found the perfect car for me, with a decent price tag. He knew where and how to use all the features of the car, and even gave me some tips on how to make the car even more fuel efficient . We actually took the car on the road versus the test track that most of the dealerships use, which really allowed me to feel how the car drives. The negotiating of the price, as well as waiting for the interest rate approval was really the most painful (but not too painful) part of the day. Brian really tried to work with me on both issues and in the end we came to an agreement. What I like about this place is that they aren't too pushy. Sure, they try to sell you extra warranties and detailing features, but they don't cram it down your throat. In the end, I decided against getting anything extra, and they were accepting of that. From start to finish, the whole ordeal was just over 2.5 hours, (finding a car, test driving, negotiating, financing, putting on new plates, driving off the lot) and while we were busy talking, the service people washed and detailed my new car. Overall, a very good experience. More

If I get a chance to work with Kyle Welton again, I will. He was in tune to my needs and helped keep the buying process pleasant, upbeat, and simple. Every time I asked a question, he was able to quickly get me an answer. Overall, I feel like I got a fair price on the vehicle and take comfort in Honda's certified used vehicle warranty. The only thing I don't like; at the end of the process, sales & finance push hard to get you to buy extended warranties/coverages. I think this happens at all dealerships so I won't hold it against them. The dealership itself is best in class in terms of the atmosphere to buy and service your vehicle. I live 40 minutes away but will make the special trip to Valley Honda to get my vehicle serviced. More

Sales (and Service) with a Smile With the need to run school car pools ending and a desire to escape driving a mini-van for the first time in 20+ years, I went to Valley Honda with a With the need to run school car pools ending and a desire to escape driving a mini-van for the first time in 20+ years, I went to Valley Honda with a list of requirements for a new car that would have led most salesmen into slotting us into yet another mini-van anyway. Luckily, I met up with Kyle Welton who listened to all of our requirements and helped us to find a sedan (the Accord) which would allow us to comfortably fit multiple pets including a 70 lb. dog, large loads, and people of widely different heights and physical needs while still providing good fuel economy and without being the obvious choice of a mini-van or SUV. He did so with a smile at all times, volunteering to carry cat carriers, offering hints for seat adjustments, and encouraging us to do whatever was necessary to feel 100% comfortable with our decision. When his schedule and ours didn't match up for a second follow-up visit, he arranged for Jonathon Olivares to help out. Both Kyle and Jonathon did a great job, making us feel that they really understood our needs and allowing us ample time to become comfortable with our "down-sizing" decision without pressure. Combining this great sales experience with the wonderful service department that we were already familiar with, Valley Honda will continue to be our go-to dealership for many years. More
