This was my first time buying a car that fit my needs. My experience with Valley Honda was different from start to finish. Ken spent time discussing the different vehicles and was patient in test driving multiple styles until I felt confident in which one would be the best fit for me. I went in thinking I wanted another small SUV and left with a blue Honda Civic. Everyone I met along the way was very kind and there was a lot of laughter and joking through the process. I came into contact with Valley Honda in my search for a 2020 manual Honda Civic hatchback sport and the dealer who picked up my request for information was Elias McMahon. Through out my emails back and forth he was nothing but helpful and informative. He was always quick to reply back and offered price quotes and answers to my questions almost immediately. Unfortunately the car I was looking for did not exist anywhere in the area and would have to be ordered. I scheduled a meeting and test drive of a civic hatchback with similar properties. The dealership is quite large and you would expect to feel rushed or treated as a number. I did not feel pressured or hassled to make a decision while I was there. The sole reason why I did not purchase the car was not due to any issue with the dealer or the dealership. It was due to uncertainty and long time estimates as to when the car would be built and delivered. This was of no fault to Valley Honda, but to the world instability caused by the Corona virus. After I made my decision not to put in an order, I was treated no different than when I had I first walked through their doors. Very kind and courteous service overall. When looking for a car in the future I will most certainly be in contact with Elias and Valley Honda. More
