When I went to buy a new car, I knew I wanted to buy a hybrid and stay with the Honda brand (I have had a pilot, CRV, used Civic and used Accord!). I called and connected with Tom when I heard the new CRV Hybrid was available. He was very helpful, and made sure he checked out any information that I requested on the new model. The minute I test drove the model, I knew it was the car for me. Although I ultimately had to wait for the production of my car, it was worth it. It has an amazing feel driving it, the controls are well thought out and it is quite an update on my 2003 Pilot! When I came to pick up the car, the process was well organized and the fastest that I have ever experienced with a new car. Rose in the financing department was very organized and a joy to work with. Valley Honda is clean, comforting and a place I will come back time and time again! More

Chris put us immediately at ease and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchase process. We felt like we were being treated fairly and with our best interests in mind. While we didn't make a decision that day, the sales team remained in contact with us and were more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. When we were ready to purchase, they were very accommodating and tracked down the specific van we wanted within a few days time. The paperwork process was very smooth and Chris took as much time with us as we needed to go over the features of our new van.
