Twenty minutes later, I was gleefully signing paperwork like I’d just been handed the keys to a Lamborghini. It was a CRV, but under Umesh’s guidance, it felt like a spaceship made of dreams and efficiency. No pressure, no jargon, no mysterious backroom disappearances to “talk to the manager.” Just honest advice, good vibes, and the faint smell of success (or maybe that was the new car smell).
