New Car Experience I am very satisfied with the outcome of my experience. I had already done a lot of my research before going to the dealership, but Tom was able to eit I am very satisfied with the outcome of my experience. I had already done a lot of my research before going to the dealership, but Tom was able to either answer any questions that I had about the car or find someone who did. The car with the color/interior combination was not on the lot, so I had to do a dealer transfer. Everyone kept me up to date with the entire process. When the car came in and I had my appointment to pick up the car, there was an issue with one of the sensors not working properly. But they were very prompt to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and they gave me a car to use in the meantime. When it was all said and done, Tom made me feel confident in my purchase and made sure that everything was taken care of and all was exactly the way that I had wanted it to be. More

They were able to beat the price out of all the dealerships I looked at in Northern Illinois. Kurt was knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles, helpful throughout the buying process and was there to help me get the car that I wanted, not to just sell me a car. No pressure, no hype.
