Large - but personable Valley Honda is a huge dealership. If you go in on a Saturday you will be working through a crowd of people. We shared pictures of our dogs while we waited for the finance team to complete their work. I chose Valley Honda as after doing some online research they had the Certified Vehicle I was looking for. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted and quickly Cristina came over to assist. I told her what I was looking for and she presented me with a few great options. The vehicle I really wanted was just sold but we found another that fit the bill. After a test drive we sat down to talk numbers, always the intimidating part that makes you nervous. I had a price in mind that I was willing to pay and a trade in in which I was looking for a certian amount for. After only a few round of negotiations and a visit from the sales manager my price and trade in goals were met. I felt no pressure and felt that the team really worked with me. As I had come later in the evening it was now after close, Cristina stayed and helped ensure I got all my belongings out of my old car, showed me the features of my new car and as a small touch even provided me new sticky tabs for my IPass so I could place that on my windshield. Being in a service industry myself I found the entire experience to be easy and felt well cared for with the small touches. The team at Valley, especially Cristina has earned my business for life. I live over an hour away however will gladly make the drive for all future needs. The typical car dealership stigma does not exist at Valley, on quality and caring customer service.
