Alicia was by far the best salesperson we had come across at the many different dealerships we visited. Her expertise and personality were second to none. Unfortunately she was not selling the vehicle we ultimately wound up purchasing which wasn't a Honda. We did keep the 200,000 mile Honda so we will still be getting service at your dealership. More

Valley Honda with Steve Grady... very positive exerience This is our 5th car we have bought from Valley Honda since 2000 - the 4th car with Steve Grady as our competent and very personable salesperson. This time we were in a rather difficult situation, as our daughters school car was deemed unsafe to drive. Not only was Steve Grady very helpful - he was a total professional with us as we balanced budget, mileage and age for the replacement. In the end, we test drove 3 cars. Through it all, Steve answered all questions in an honest forthright manner. He did not hurry us or push us in any manner. This is the way it has always been with Steve. So when we start our search for a new car, we always start with Valley Honda and Steve Grady. I also had sent a an e-mail to the general manager of Valley Honda, Don Davis, explaining our sudden predicament of being without a student car for our daughter. Don was very sympathetic to our predicament and very fair in the final deal that we were able to negotiate. Sincere thanks to Steve Grady, Don Davis and the entire Valley Honda team for making our unexpected shopping experience, a very positive one. Our daughter just loves her new car. We have all our Hondas serviced at Valley Honda. The service is efficient and accurate. The waiting room is really stellar - unlike any Honda dealership I have ever seen. Always a good experience when we get our vehicles serviced We have been getting our 2 Valley Honda-purchased cars serviced at Valley Honda since 2008. Can't think of a time when I've had a negative experience We have been getting our 2 Valley Honda-purchased cars serviced at Valley Honda since 2008. Can't think of a time when I've had a negative experience. After 8 years I thought I should write a review! For most routine service no appointment is required. Great waiting area! And if you can't wait, they have a shuttle.And every single service rep has been professional and courteous! Overall, I'm happy with them. I've never found that they repair things unnecessarily. They follow the Honda maintenance schedule. They keep track of wear on your tires and brakes. My last experience at the service dept was with Chad. He was super-friendly and helpful. We took our aging 2004 Odyssey in for an oil change recently. In addition the van hood would latch but not close tight. The price to repair it so that about $300. We explained we were probably going to replace the car in the next several months. He showed us how to manually latch the hood so that it shut tight so that we did not have to make an expensive repair. And at our request he printed off our service history for our records. More
