best car shopping experience we've had So we initially went to CarMax but decided to stop at the Honda dealership before we made any decisions. So glad we did because we got an awesome deal and great customer service! My dad and I came in not expecting to buy a car necessarily but just to see what was available. Jason wanted to get an idea of what we were looking for and was able to show us his inventory. We were going to do used, but none of the used cars were really ideal for us so we told him we would like brand new. he let us test drive the car and view the color selections in stock at the lot then took us back to the office. my favorite part of the experience is the no pressure attitude and friendliness. we never felt like we HAD to leave with a car and making a deal with my dad is not always easy. Jason was very friendly and helped break things down to help us understand the price and costs of everything. after going back and forth for about an hour and bringing in the manager, we got a price we were happy with. We left with a brand new Honda Civic that night! we really appreciate Jason and his manager staying the whole time and really accommodating to our requests and working with us to get a deal we were pleased with. I have definitely recommended this dealership to my friends and family looking for a car and will be back if my car doesn't outlive me. Thank you for the great experience! More

We had stopped in a couple of months ago to look at cars , we own a 98 lexus and 2005 I would like to tell you about one of your sales team Jason Yap. We had stopped in a couple of months ago to look at cars , we own a 98 lexus and 2005 civic. We are buying our retirement car. We had told Jason we are not making a deal just looking. We tought an accord was what we might want. But once we saw the CRV that caught our eye. Jason took us for a test drive in both going over all the features which were all new to us. When we finished my wife just was not comfortable CRV just too much car. Jason could tell that was too big. When we returned he said I got your car not knowing exactly what he meant . HRV will be a great fit for you. He hit the ball out of the park on this it was perfect size. He went over some addition molding and inside options but liked the car as is.but we could not buy for a couple months. Jason followed up with us in May and said we have only 2 left of the HRV with the color you like . The timing was like esp. Jan and I went over that day and finished the deal. We got there by 3 and were out of there by five . We did not want to pick the car up until the next day, Jason was there at 10 when we picked up the car . He said would you like some coffee before we start and still taking time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features. Then he asked for our phones and loaded them in the car. This is something I would of never done. WE LOVE OUR NEW HRV! I feel like we made a friend in Jason Yap his smile and laugh made this a pleasant experience. I work in Plainfield and live in DesPlaines it was just a stroke of luck to find Valley Honda and the experience we had. I had done the same at the Honda dealer in DesPlaines before Valley that we were just looking and thats all we did. Jason Yap was the reason we bought the car at Valley and are very happy! More
