We were referred to VH by a friend to purchase our new CRV from them. I gave them 5 stars and if there was a higher rating I would give it to them without hesitation. More specifically I would like to give my high praise to our salesperson, Daniel Pantalony. Not only was he extremely genuine with us but also a true professional and a gentleman to boot. His in depth knowledge of the product and his lifetime experience was far superior to that of any salesperson that we encountered at other dealerships in the region. Daniel’s approach to help was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping on line for a new CRV that my wife had dreamed about I basically approximately knew the possible deal that I needed to make things work for our budget. Daniel found a way to make it work in our favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. So, thanks to Daniel not only did we get to leave Valley Honda with our brand new amazing CRV, but we also left with our dignity still in tact. Thank you Daniel for making the purchasing process satisfactory for us and for being a man of honor and integrity.
