While helping a brilliant but non-technical friend find a reliable used car within his budget, I was most impressed with salesman Ali Mumtaz at Ventura Toyota. He was so gentle & compassionate with my nerv reliable used car within his budget, I was most impressed with salesman Ali Mumtaz at Ventura Toyota. He was so gentle & compassionate with my nervous friend, & produced a 2015 Nissan Sentra that fitted the bill perfectly. Despite my friend’s initial problem adapting to a completely different starting system, Ali never showed the least impatience, & when we asked to bring the car back a few days later for a check over by his maintenance department, graciously arranged it immediately. He sold us the car by NOT trying to hard sell it, & stood by all that he promised both when we bought it & when we brought it back. We really felt we could trust him & the Ventura Toyota dealership.
