He knows everything inside and out and we were impressed how he didn't push a particular more expensive vehicle but instead concentrated on the vehicle we were drawn to. Polite, personable, interesting and interested are the words describing Luis. It was a pleasure doing business with him. She made sure that she and Rafael (Service Consultant) were on the same page and explained the importance of returning at the 1,200 mile mark for the re-inspection. They were pleasant and clear. BTW, I've been going to this dealership, and I recommend them way more than the Oxnard one. In fact, they seem to be even more customer-focused than they have been just two years ago.
