End of lease options Went in today as near end of lease on my wonderful 2011 Rav 4. Luis Martinez met us with great smile and asked exactly how he could help us. He gave Went in today as near end of lease on my wonderful 2011 Rav 4. Luis Martinez met us with great smile and asked exactly how he could help us. He gave us all the options we asked for, to purchase or to lease again, and there were several. Absolutely no pressure selling. Luis told us they valued our return business and were here to make us happy in whatever we decided. We decided to upgrade to the new 2014 Rav which had some features not on the 2011. Our lease price was excellent. Luis made the whole transaction comfortable and took his time explaining it all to us. Jackie Sanchez in the finance office was so efficient and thorough. We love Ventura Toyota and can say the service department is great too.....and they have yummy donuts and coffee while you wait. We are now an all Toyota family and will continue in the future with Ventura Toyota. Thank you! More

He made our decision to buy from Ventura Toyota a decision we are very happy with. Horrible Experience Horrible experience with my service advisor and the service managers. They fixed a worn out ignition cylinder lock. After the work was completed they Horrible experience with my service advisor and the service managers. They fixed a worn out ignition cylinder lock. After the work was completed they accidentally changed door lock settings and disabled alarm. I was very understanding because accidents happen. Then the service managers accused me of lying and said, "we're not sure if the alarm was working when you brought it in".. The service manager followed it up by talking about cynicism and he has to be careful about people trying to get free service/products from them. They tried to make up the original bad experience by providing a full vehicle detail. But after that they insulted my integrity and essentially called me a liar. I will not return and I will dissuade people I know from using Ventura Toyota. More
