I made an appointment to get my fuel injector system cleaned, and I was told that they were only able to do half of the service because they don’t have the parts. How does the dealership not have the pa cleaned, and I was told that they were only able to do half of the service because they don’t have the parts. Only one service writer. He spent 40 minutes with 1st customer. Then he told me it would be 2 hours from then which it was already 7:40 am just for a software update.
