When I found the vehicle of my choice I had pricing in less than an hour. Then on to the application process which was done very quickly. After that I scheduled my pick up date very quickly and flew to Philadelphia to pick it up. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. In less than an hour I was driving it home. Kudos to Elissa, Steve and Marge for making it easy. Kudos to Videon ownership for having a great staff. More

I like the use of technology and communications to allow me to vet my purchase options, and the responsive and honest interactions that I got from Elissa was great. Derrick was easy to work with and no upselling or high pressure salesey stuff. Pete was honest and gave me some good Insight on leveraging my buying position, definitely felt like a during partner helping me with the transaction.
