Honest People, quick service Took my jeep in for a oil change on a Saturday morning. Taken in right away. 20 minutes later I was called down to pick up. When I went to pay they informed me that when I bought the jeep I was entitled to 4 free oil changes, something the dealership I purchased from failed to tell me. Even told me to come back to get the last free one in two months before it expired. Went back for an inspection with 36,000 miles, passed no problem and was not sold any unnecessary items. I was always leary of going to a dealership, but was impressed with Videon. Wil be back, especially for the express oil changes, convenient, fast, and reasonable. More

I would normally speak about the finance department at this point, however I ended up trading in my car for a new Grand Cherokee with Steve 2 weeks after leasing my husband's Compass. The second time around was a little different since there was nothing wrong with my current vehicle other than I didn't like it very much. Not only did I keep changing my mind on the vehicle, I kept changing colors, etc...Eventually I settled on the perfect one, again at the price that fit our family budget. Now for Margie's review: Margie is one of the people who work in the Finance Dept and who I dealt with for both the Lease & Purchase. She is very knowledgeable about financing and will answer all of your questions. I really enjoyed working with her finalizing the documents.
