Gave me the Internet price on a loaded new 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. Even went so far as to go take photos of the interior of a particular model so I could see the color. I showed up on Saturday 2/27/16 and was approached in the lot by Steve Gray. Steve was super nice, helpful and extremely knowledgable. He showed me different colors and options and once I decided on a van he and his team really stepped up and helped me get the deal done. They reduced the price on the van I wanted, gave me an excellent price for my trade in and did everything they could to get me into my new vehicle. Steve even went so far as to offer my boyfriend and I chicken fingers because we were there for a good bit and it was past dinner time. I can't say enough good things about the Videon Team. Very friendly, eager to help, and very accommodating. Dont waste your time at places like Reedman-Toll where you are lost in the shuffle of too many departments and you are just another nameless face in the crowd. I immediately received a response from Jim Ballezzi with a price quote that was a very good price. I went to the dealership and Natasha Kramlich showed me the car and took me for a test drive. She showed me all features of the car and was very knowledgeable of all features and answered all of my questions. Jim made sure that I had a fair price for my trade-in and we quickly made a deal. When I returned to pick up the car, paperwork was promptly completed and Marge Gibbons did a thorough job explaining all paperwork and quickly processing our deal. Natasha again went through all features of the car in great detail. It was a pleasure dealing with Videon and Natasha did an excellent job making sure everything was taken care of. I also spoke with a competing dealership (I am always weary of not finding the best possible price when car shopping), but they could only match the great price Phil offered, they could not beat it. I committed to buying the car from Videon thanks in part to Phil and the information he patiently provided, as well as the great price. The paperwork and finalization of the purchase was quick and simple. The entire Videon team made sure of this. My wife and I had to bring all of our four young children (b/c of our schedules) to the dealership and everyone there made an effort to make them feel at home.
