Alonzo was awesome and I really appreciate him taking such good care of me. I did not have an appointment, but I could to stop by Downtown Volkswagen to see if they could help me and help me they did! Mr such good care of me. Mr. Alonzo listened to me and made sure that would look into all of the actual/potential issues I mentioned. He even ordered a car service to take me home. My vehicle was ready for pickup when he said it would be and the even have the car a nice cleaning for me. Since the service, my vehicle drives so week and there are no issues. Thank you Mr. Alonzo for taking such good care of me! You are awesome!!! More
