This place is a complete joke. The GM is terrible typical low down dealer ship. I came in out of state to purchase a vehicle that they told me they had in which they didn’t. My experience with Syrell was amazing. He’s the nicest sales-person. Without being too pushy, which is annoying, he patiently went over the car’s details. And even when I didn’t have any other questions, he actually came up with new ones for me just to make sure all has been said and clarified. The best trait of Syrell as a sales person is that he’s extremely personable. He’s easy to talk to because he takes his time with the customer and does not come off as cocky. This guy needs a raise because if it weren’t for him, we were going to go to Honda next door as they were offering us a higher buying price for our previous car. But Syrell changed our mind. He deserves a promotion/raise/whichever. Thanks, Syrell! More
