A warm professional with the most realistic approach to a "Welcomed Sales Embrace" that will put you at ease and build your confidence in the choice of a wonderful selection of of many and most types of cars, suv and trucks. Yes seeing him in my Audi A5s coupe as he pulled around and backed up did put a real fine smile on my face only later to have it washed, detailed and yep a full tank of gas for the long road home. THEN he later sent a text only to see inquired to see if I had arrived at my destination safely.....baby if that ain't CUSTOMER SERVICE then what is ??? He speaks German, Dutch and English so your sure to find a friendly word and common ground as Mr. Burgess celebrates diversity and culture of all walks of life from any background. I am truly grateful for the gracious patience of such a fine person! It's some thing special to see some one celebrate people in all the diversity, colors and walks of life. I called several dealerships to inquire about vehicles listed for sale either on their website or websites like cargurus.com. Daniel Sheets, of Lithia Volkswagon of Salem, was the ONLY sales person to im listed for sale either on their website or websites like cargurus.com. Daniel Sheets, of Lithia Volkswagon of Salem, was the ONLY sales person to immediately reach out to me and ask what I was in the market for and then set up several vehicles for me to test drive. He made sure my experience went smoothly and was very open in answering questions I had. I literally bought the first car I looked at and test drove because Daniel listened to what I told him. He helped me to see that it would help me get into that car I wanted AND still be able to add an extended warranty to my purchase by financing a small part of my whole purchase. Eric was upfront, kind, and super respectful. He listened to what I had to say and catered to my needs as a customer. He had the two trucks I requested to see from the website up front and ready to test driv to what I had to say and catered to my needs as a customer. When one of them didn't meet my expectations, Etic then helped me search other trucks that fell within my parameters before I finalized my decision. I found the perfect truck. There were NO sales gimmicks.There was no Bait and Switch. There was Zero xxxxxxxx. Just upfront and genuine honesty and care for the customer.
