This service was for purchase of new tires on the XC90. Brian brought it to my attention a month ago so I brought it back after I discovered flat due to large embedded screw this week. Marcus takes his time to explain and clarify any questions. For long waiting services he offers a loaner vehicle which helps me to be productive in my day. They had a certain vehicle I had been searching for i Great experience!! I Purchased a used vehicle from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia through Richard. They had a certain vehicle I had been searching for in my price range and they had the best price for this vehicle within a 400 mile radius. I am a resident in East TN with a very busy schedule, so I wasn't going to have the option to go see and drive the vehicle in person. Needless to say, I was a little nervous about this process. However, Richard provided very detailed information about the history and condition of the vehicle as well as extra photos. They gave me a good deal on the car as well as the shipping option. So the process of doing this was flawless. After I accepted the deal, I put down a deposit to secure the vehicle and the paperwork was sent overnight and in my hands the next day which was a Thursday. I completed the paperwork, included a certified check, and mailed back to the dealership on Friday. They received the package on Monday, the vehicle was picked up for delivery that same evening and was at my house by 7:30 Tuesday morning. So the lead time from deal to delivery was less than a week! The car was just as described, actually better than described and I couldn't be more happy with this transaction. I highly recommend Richard to handle your car needs as well as Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia for a good Quality vehicle! More
