I haven’t purchased a new car since 2016, when I bought a Hyundai Azera which I still have but am in the process of selling now that we have a beautiful Volvo. His knowledge of the Volvo vehicle gave us great confidence in the process of determining which vehicle we would ultimately take home. He fully explained the lease information vs a cash purchase which helped us greatly in making our final decision. When there was a disaster at the port of Baltimore, Jacob was quick to inform us of the dealership’s move of the delivery through another port to limit any delays of the delivery of our vehicle. We are very pleased with our experience, and especially grateful to Jacob for all the knowledge that he shared with us in the process of purchasing the car.
