I reached out online to purchase a Volvo preowned as this will be my 5th one and my husband also was a new Volvo owner. Iris Harley, Sales and Leasing Consultant, responded promptly and sent me a 2017 car that was available. I set the appointment immediately and the entire experience was wonderful. Iris is an outstanding salesperson, huge customer relations skills, and listened to me including my budget limits. This was my first time there as I've purchased previously from Owings Mills Volvo. I was able to drive the car off the lot in less than 3 hours! The car is beautiful, they cleaned it again, and the sales office is new, modern, and an enjoyable experience.
