During that time, Peter spent a good deal of time answering my many questions about car features, and last week helped me to test-drive and purchase a certified 2021 Volvo. He also took the time to print out a good deal of information about the car, which was helpful. Now I just have to study the owner's guide to figure out all the new functionality! More

We had a great experience with Blair. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We had preordered a car to be delivered Nov/Dec but really needed a car earlier bc I’m about to give birth any helpful throughout the entire process. And I really wanted the inscription expression bc of the walnut wood inlays. Blair texted us last Monday to let us know a R-design had come in with everything we wanted, but the R-design trim level. He did not pressure us at all but just wanted us to know it was available. We went and test drove the car and fell in love with it and purchased it that evening. Blair was supposed to be off much earlier that day but stayed with me helping me set up my profile until around 9:30. The level of customer service was beyond what we expected.
