My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a luxury SUV, and I had very little knowledge of the Volvo brand prior to our visit. He was very informative and simply allowed us to learn everything he could teach us about the vehicle, without applying any pressure as a salesperson. After we left that afternoon, we visited the nearby BMW dealership in order to compare and make a decision. After visiting with BMW, we quickly learned that our experience with Peter and our enjoyment test driving the XC90, were second to none. When we came back, Peter worked very hard to match us with the perfect vehicle: my wife had a specific exterior and interior in mind that wasn't in stock but Peter made it happen. He stayed in communication with us throughout the delivery process and when we came back to finalize the purchase, he greeted us and treated us with the same enthusiasm for meeting our every need as he did during our initial visit. If you go to this dealership ask for Iris Harley from the start! She is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about her. If it were not for her my rating would be much different. My husband and I went knowing exactly what car we wanted, test drove, and said we were ready to purchase. We were told to give them a minute and someone would be with us. Hours went by and no one even checked on us nor gave us an update. Being that I was 7 months pregnant I was ready to leave and get my car from someone else. We went to tell them we were leaving and they told us to give them 5 more minutes. That’s when Iris noticed us. She came over an profusely apologized and explained what was going on to make things take so long, she spoke to us, explained different packages for the car, walked us through the features of our car, set up our Volvo app, and did everything she could to ensure that once we were finally taken back to sign papers we could drive off the lot. My wife walked in to Volvo Silver Spring without an appointment and Steve was so accommodating and the test drive was great. Steve really did a great job of asking us to pick a car that caught our eye instead of looking at so many cars and get confused, he was right. It was a very smooth car buying process, Justin, Eddie and Steve, and Wyman these people made our life easy and the car buying process was excellent.
