If you go to this dealership ask for Iris Harley from the start! She is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about her. If it were not for her my rating would be much different. Hours went by and no one even checked on us nor gave us an update. Being that I was 7 months pregnant I was ready to leave and get my car from someone else. We went to tell them we were leaving and they told us to give them 5 more minutes. That’s when Iris noticed us. She came over an profusely apologized and explained what was going on to make things take so long, she spoke to us, explained different packages for the car, walked us through the features of our car, set up our Volvo app, and did everything she could to ensure that once we were finally taken back to sign papers we could drive off the lot. Blair was the best! I inquired about two Acura RDX's I had seen online that Volvo Cars Silver Spring was selling. Blair took the time to send me a video of how the cars look. Blair again took the time to get a Volvo picked out for us that is an comparison to the Acura we just test drove. We loved the feel and drive of the Volvo. Each car we test drove Blair took the time to show us the features. We ended up buying a Volvo XC 60 instead of the Acura and we love the car.
