They gave me a loaner when my service couldn't be completed. I did think the service charge was a little high, but I guess that's what happens when you go to a dealership. Kyle was very patient and helpful while we test drove 5 different vehicles. We told him what we were looking for and he had great suggestions for the different models and trims.
