Had scheduled service. But also had 30000 miles that required service. Manager asked about doing it. I agreed and on my way in less than hour and half. The staff at W&L have always been pleasant and reasonable. I have never felt like I was being tricked into having a service done that was overpriced or unnecessary. I really appreciated the loaner to enable my Crosstrek to have the system update done. Good communication, loaner was ready for to go and easy drop off when I returned it. With a coupon, my oil change was no have the system update done. Good communication, loaner was ready for to go and easy drop off when I returned it. With a coupon, my oil change was no pricier than the local quick change place. I drive an hour to get to this dealer, that's how much I value their expertise and service. More

I drove 2 used vehicles and chose the second one. The entire visit, as busy as they were took less than 3 hours. Plus I added some extended warranty and had the protective coat applied.
