In the age of covid-19 when I arrived the service man who greeted me had his make down at his neck, not covering his mouth or nose the entire visit even as he came to the waiting room to talk to customers. ALL customers were properly covered my entire visit. As Becky Kline, my sales person walked by the waiting area we spoke and she had her mask on the proper way, covering both nose and mouth.
