Excellent customer service and inspection staff. We were greeted by a young lady who accepted our keys and paperwork to have our car inspected. We waited in the area designated. The television was playing and snacks were provided. The car was inspected and washed. The young lady came for us in the waiting room and walked us to our car waiting for us to leave. Outback Inspection Awesome customer service. Only thing that sucked for me was being quoted $900.00 worth of muffler work, wasn't prepared for that. Will need to get the Awesome customer service. As always, I am very happy with W & L Subaru’s service department in terms of quality. They were punctual and efficient. Here’s the problem: we are in the middle of a pandemic where masks are recommended department in terms of quality. They were punctual and efficient. Here’s the problem: we are in the middle of a pandemic where masks are recommended to protect people from spreading the virus. Although our county is green, masks and other protective measures are still highly recommended. I was very dismayed to see that none of the service department members wore a mask. I can only assume it was a group or management decision. Please reconsider and use masks. If not for yourselves then for your clients. Masks are more to protect the people who come in contact with the wearer than the wearer themselves and I’m sure you want to protect your customers. More
