Scheduling the appointment online was I had my new Forester in for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service was straightforward and timely. Scheduling the appointment online was simple. The cost for the service was high (IMO) despite the fact that I had a coupon discounting the oil change 10% and no charge for the tire rotation. I have been a Toyota customer for several years. I am accustomed to Toyotacare two year free service (i.e. oil changes and tire rotations). Also, I had been promised a gasoline card which no one seems to know about. More
