Polite, professional, and caring are the top three words I would use to describe the employees who worked with me at W&L. I was very nervous about buying a new car. It's a big investment and not one to be taken lightly. I didn't want anyone to tell me what I wanted or needed. I had already done my research before test driving. I only wanted them to educate me further so I could make my own decision. And that's exactly what they did. Not a single person was pushy. They made logical suggestions to get me the best car for my needs without all the extras I didn't need. They also made sure I knew how to use all of the features of my new car before I drove off the lot. I was given the contact information of everyone I worked with so that I can ask them directly should I need I further help. It was an incredible experience compared to my past car-buying ventures. Excellent Customer Service I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am an I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am and was told they hadn’t had a chance to get my car in yet. I had a few errands to run and asked about getting a loaner. The response was of course stop by and we will have one ready for you. I got there within 5 minutes and sure enough the loaner was there and waiting. It’s service like this that will keep us as loyal customers and we will recommend W&L to our friends and family! More

State Inspection Inspection went off without a hitch. Steering and tires/wheels were checked, and the tech found that the tire pressure was not correct, and there was Inspection went off without a hitch. Steering and tires/wheels were checked, and the tech found that the tire pressure was not correct, and there was some outer wear. So they rotated the tires and did the balancing also. Initially dealt with Rob Long who I found out is one of the co-owners online. When we arrived he set us up with Kris who was awesome to deal with. Not pushy and catered to our needs. Ended up driving away in our new 2020 Outback and are very happy. Don’t hesitate if you have other Subaru dealerships near by you and you have to make a bit of a drive to get to W&L. We drove 1 1/2 hours and it was definitely worth it. Saved thousands and it was a stress free experience. More
