Being able to schedule service appointments online is a great benefit and the follow up on those appointments is very helpful. Along with praise, I do have a concern, that being the high labor rates. My last service appointment I had the spark plugs changed and to change 4 plugs the labor cost was $190.00. How long does it take to change 4 plugs? Overall we love our Outback and W & L as our dealership. Thanks More

Rudeness Cliff Clymer was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I couldn't believe the things that came out of his mouth. He had no reason to even be talking to me but he had to get his opinion acrost. He thought I should put myself and my loved ones at risk and he was very rude about the way he said it. One statement was " lady,we are going to get 100 calls about this recall. Do you.really think they all expect to get a loner". The gentleman that was waiting on me looked like he was ashamed of Clymers actions. To say it was unprofessional is a gross understatement. I sorry for anyone who has ever or will ever have to deal with him. More

Buyer BEWARE The dealership is modern and nice and the people are friendly but that is just an act. They lure you in by telling you you will be part of their famil The dealership is modern and nice and the people are friendly but that is just an act. They lure you in by telling you you will be part of their family while all the while they are lying to your face! We purchased a car from them and had a trade in and we were told that our trade in was not worth much and they could only give us $5000 because they would have a hard time selling it. The very next day our trade in was on their lot with a price tag of over $11000 with the ad reading what a great deal this was, a one owner car with all the options etc. I felt used by this dealership and would never buy anything from them again. I know they are in business to make money and have no problem making a fair deal but in my mind they deceived us and turned what should have been an exciting experience of buying a new car into one that even after 3 months still gives me angst every time I think of it. I hope this helps to save someone else from going through what we did. I should have walked away from the deal but I trusted them..... my mistake, one that I won;t make again! Also the person that showed us the options in the car reeked of smoke and we had to smell that all the way home(2 1/2 hrs). So if you are reading this and are looking to buy a used Red 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 87182 miles, the great deal they are giving you only cost them $5000. More
