Wonderful experience I don’t like to car shop. From the minute my grandson and I walked in we were made to feel welcome. Michael was wonderful. We changed what we were loo I don’t like to car shop. We still need another car and will definitely buy from this dealer and Michael. W&L also takes care of its customers after the sale which to me is very important. We bought one car on Saturday and we are looking forward to buying another car from here soon. They take the pain out of car shopping. Oil Change My service went up by $20+. Since the dealership was moved, it is not accommodating at all. The hours of operation are no longer feasible for people My service went up by $20+. Since the dealership was moved, it is not accommodating at all. The hours of operation are no longer feasible for people who work. I have to take time off of work just to get my car in for service. Then, I have been told that I could not have a loaner car if I drop my car off one day and pick up the next. Not sure how I am supposed to make it work. It seems like every time I come in, employees are simply in a hurry to get out of there. That was not the case at all when we first bought out car. I am speaking strictly about your service department. Becky Kline, our sales rep has been wonderful! So, I am hoping that things will change. More

Awesome dealership Everyone I had contact with from the moment I entered the dealership were just wonderful to me. The salesman I encountered from the first day treate Everyone I had contact with from the moment I entered the dealership were just wonderful to me. The salesman I encountered from the first day treated me with true kindness and consideration with some special accommodations I needed. My husband, being disabled could not come to the dealership to look at an automobile I was considering. Another afternoon, Mike, brought the car to our home and helped my husband get in to see how it would work for his physical limitations. Anytime I have been to the dealership, everyone I have encountered, always speaks to me and asks if I need anything. The lounge area is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked with little snacks, soft drinks, coffee. I am so glad I made the trip from Selinsgrove to the dealership. Just great people and great experience. More
