Professional service My car was recently due for regular maintenance and also PA inspection. When I dropped off the car, there was no line and I was greeted promptly and p My car was recently due for regular maintenance and also PA inspection. When I dropped off the car, there was no line and I was greeted promptly and professionally. (And everyone was wearing masks for COVID19). While the work was being done I was able to access the high speed internet and attend an important meeting. When the work was done I signed a paper and was out the door in under a minute. Forgetting to give me back my registration and insurance When I was finished with the car inspection and was about to leave the lot when I thought I better check to see if I had my registration and insurance When I was finished with the car inspection and was about to leave the lot when I thought I better check to see if I had my registration and insurance information in the car. It was no where to be found...so I had to go back into the service department and ask for my registration and insurance papers. I don't appreciate having to doublecheck on items like this. More

My car was due for service. It was picked up at my workplace and delivered back to me in a timely fashion. While it was there we had sales look at it and worked up a deal for a trade for a new car. All this was done over the phone and email which I appreciated so much during this pandemic. Now we will only have to be physically at the dealership for a very short time. More
25 years of driving and eight vehicles later......W & L Subaru was not only our best dealer for the purchase of a new vehicle but they continue to make use feel like family while owning and driving their S Subaru was not only our best dealer for the purchase of a new vehicle but they continue to make use feel like family while owning and driving their Subaru!! We acknowledge we pay for servicing just like everybody else (similar pricing) but they do it a level above others. We get cards in the mail; coupons to bring the car in for a free car wash; they track all our servicing so we don’t even have to remember; and they will even come pickup the vehicle and drop it off for maintenance. Their dealership has a play area for our two year old son; small kitchen with free snacks and drinks; and it’s truly “a full service affair when stopping in.” I have never experienced anything like this dealership. I will purchase cars from them in the future to include my next commuter car (work vehicle) if Subaru comes out with a hybrid to compete with the Sonata and/or Camry hybrids (40 + mpg) for my weekly drive to/from Philadelphia. Otherwise, all my family SUVs will continue to be purchased from W & L!!! More

Not happy! I had my daughter bring in our Impreza to swap out winter for our summer tires. When she went to go to her appt her battery was dead at home. The impreza has not been driven in 3+ weeks which we told service. We asked for a routine battery test. We were told it failed and a new battery would cost $200+. The battery was installed by WandL not that many years ago. (Please check date in your records) I told my daughter to decline the new battery until I can check it myself. When home I checked the battery and it was fine. There was some acid deposits on the terminals, so I cleaned them all up and it tested fine. I would have thought this cleaning would have been routine for battery check! I then drove the impreza to local Autozone to double check my battery check. They tested it also and same results - battery is fine. I find it troubling that the test was done with no terminal cleaning and was charged $40+tax and materials. Also, when was the current battery installed by you? Lastly, I do not think we got the complimentary car wash as stated on the invoice. If we did, the job was poorly done.
