Mixed Review Something needs to be fixed with the people entering service appointments. When I called, I specifically requested that my front fog light needs repl Something needs to be fixed with the people entering service appointments. When I called, I specifically requested that my front fog light needs replacing and I wanted a sensor replaced that had been previously diagnosed and entered into the record of my car. The sensor was not replaced or even ordered. The service person was not told of my request to replace the fog light, but did discover it on his own (which is good). However, not knowing I had already requested replacement, he left a message for me for the permission to replace. I did not get the message and when I came in to get the car, I find that the fog light and the sensor had not been replaced. The service person apologized and offered to replace it on the spot. That was very good and then did not charge me for it. -even better. More

Timely, efficient and courteous with great facility for waiting while vehicle is serviced. Unfortunately, oil changes and tire rotation on new vehicles is somewhat costly compared to competitors that inclu waiting while vehicle is serviced. Unfortunately, oil changes and tire rotation on new vehicles is somewhat costly compared to competitors that include those services, as well as inspections, free for life of owned vehicle. All else being fairly equal this alone may compel me to return to Honda for next vehicle. More
