Excellent service continues . . . When the screen in the dash display showed that it was time for an oil change, I went online and scheduled service for the next day. I arrived at the appointed time, drove up to the automatic door and continued inside. I was immediately greeted by a service manager, who handed me a beeper and encourage me to relax in the waiting area. The beverage selection is excellent, the WiFi works well, and a short time later the beeper indicates that my wait is over. Excellent service, excellent treats, excellent people; the excellence continues as I drive ! Thank you W&L. ! More

Unusual snapping cracking sounds when radio/CD was used. Sounds above wouldn't occur for 25-30 minutes or could occur within seconds. Finally able to record sounds on my phone so service personnel could hear for themselves. Vehicle is 2015 Outback with 45,000 mi. Thought to be radio itself and it was replaced. Unfortunately, problem reoccurred and found to be in power amplifier [ I understand that is rarely the case,] which then was replaced. I was only charged for the radio replacement . I feel this was an excellent customer service experience. More

Overall good Overall the service has always been excellent until this last visit. I was scheduled for a service and inspection. The inspection was not completed due to running out of emission stickers. I was not informed the inspection was not done and realized it when I got home and called back. Kris was helpful in finding out why it was not done. How do you run out of stickers on the 1st of the month. Also I should have been notified of this prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to reschedule. I travel 80 miles round trip to come to your dealership and this is causing an extra trip. You have offered to drive to my house and leave a loaner while you take my car for inspection but this is still putting mileage and wear and tear on the vehicle. I hope in the future the dealership notifies patrons of things like this prior to their appointment. More
