The best Dealership I’ve ever encountered. I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even tho I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even though it was either outside of the initial warranty they gave for the car, or wasn’t included in it at all. State Inspection Inspection went off without a hitch. Steering and tires/wheels were checked, and the tech found that the tire pressure was not correct, and there was Inspection went off without a hitch. Excellent Customer Service I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am an I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am and was told they hadn’t had a chance to get my car in yet. I had a few errands to run and asked about getting a loaner. The response was of course stop by and we will have one ready for you. I got there within 5 minutes and sure enough the loaner was there and waiting. It’s service like this that will keep us as loyal customers and we will recommend W&L to our friends and family! More
