Repeat customer Very courteous people, nice waiting area. Like being able to drive into building and not have to deal with hot weather outside. Came in to replace my trim piece that was dented on the new car when picked up. Service rep came out and told me they noticed the trim they had on hand was scratched after it was installed. New trim piece is on order and waiting for call to try this again. Not sure the name of service rep. More

Excellent! They were immediately attentive to my needs. I came in with an intermittent air conditioning issue. They asked all the right questions. The wait was brief and comfortable. It was determined that I came in with an intermittent air conditioning issue. They asked all the right questions. The wait was brief and comfortable. It was determined that Subaru was aware of the problem and had produced a part to correct this issue. The part was ordered and expedited and I was offered a loaner if the problem was unbearable until the time the part arrived. It was installed about a week later. I was offered a loaner during the installation time so I could go on about my busy day. I have always been very satisfied with this dealership and their service department and would recommend them to anyone. More

Mostly good service Everyone was great to deal with. I was very disappointed to find that a tire I felt was defective at the time I purchased my car was not prorated when Everyone was great to deal with. I also felt extremely uncomfortable when I found that FOX News was on the TV in the waiting area. Something more neutral would have been appreciated. I heard several comments from broadcasters that maligned other groups of people. We have too much decision in our country and a business should not be adding to the problems. More
