Tires Sidewall blew out on tire. Made appt online, didn't have tired in stock and had to leave car for like four days. Was suppose to get $75 prepaid visa Sidewall blew out on tire. Was suppose to get $75 prepaid visa or MasterCard never got paperwork to mail in or an info about it had to call them again. Never washed car like they promised. Basically they talked the talk but didn’t walk the walk. They need to step up to the plate and do what they say. More
Not perfect but still good service I purchased a spare key through this subaru dealership which came along with a key fitting and program service ( about $300 overall so a little pricey I purchased a spare key through this subaru dealership which came along with a key fitting and program service ( about $300 overall so a little pricey). Everything ended well but it was not entirely a smooth ride (no pun intended). I made an appointment with them amd took the car in. Was told the service was going to be about 30 mins over the phone but ended up being 2 hours because they were having trouble using the shaped key to start the car. Long story short, they broke that key and had me return about 5 days later to try again, the second time around beimg smooth. They made up for the time I had to wait and the money I spent on gas by refunding me $50 bucks, which I deemed to be fair. More
Great Service I took my car in for Oil change and tire rotation and included a coupon that, a free brake inspection and an Air filter change. Also included was a recall fix regarding the Airbags. I was very pleased that everything was done quicker than I expected. The staff was courteous throughout the whole time. My one complaint was that Fox News was playing on the TV. I realize it's difficult to have a channel on that pleases everyone, but a test pattern would be an improvement over Fox News. More

If your service dept found this concern, I would have had you make repairs rather than causing me anxiety driving my car with my grandchildren. More
not a subaru I own a Subaru but also a Pontiac convertible. I needed an inspection and I called around to get it in and no one had time to do it. But then I rememb I own a Subaru but also a Pontiac convertible. I needed an inspection and I called around to get it in and no one had time to do it. But then I remembered W&L did such a great job with my Subaru that I called them and got in the next day! Although my car needed a part, the inspection was quick and now I'm just waiting for the part to come in. This garage is a little out of my area but I always get great service. More
Glad things are resolved. The second time! I'm glad that the shop foreman handled my car after the first technician refused to admit that the oil was overfilled. I will say that when I picked my car up this time, the staff was not friendly. They couldn't find my invoice anywhere and said it would be mailed but I not happy about this as I wanted to make sure the issues with the car was documented. The staff didn't say a word to be when after they said it would be mailed. There was no I'm sorry that it's not here, no have a good day. I was kind of shocked. More
had to return for recall second trip was supposed to be done I had to return after notification from Subaru of a recall. Could not tell me why repair had not been done. I went to see TJ who I had just bought a brand new Forrester from and he helped get it straightened out. I love my 2 Subaru but am not happy with service at WL. More
