While we disagree with much of what is posted here (we did check your seatbelt and it operates correctly; fuel pump was not repaired because you declined the repair; the finance manager, sales manager, salesman, and trade-in manager you marked 1-star did not interact with you at all during this service visit) we are nonetheless truly sorry you feel there is an issue, so if there is anything we can do for you just give us a call at 570.473.3432.

I am so sorry for your experience. I've already spoken to you on the phone, but I thought it worth following up here as well. Based on our security cam footage, it was the automated car wash that dislodged that plastic strip from your roofline, which is bad enough. Everything that happened subsequently is unacceptable and greatly concerning to all of us here, so I very sincerely apologize. As I mentioned on the phone, you will receive a reimbursement check for your entire service bill in the mail next week. The replacement part is supposed to arrive Monday, at which point service will call you to schedule your appointment to stop in for the fix. I will continue to personally follow your situation as it progresses. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to call either me (Rob) or my brother (Andy), 570.473.3432.
