The employees are always efficient,but not very outgoing. I have never gotten a tour of the new facility so I walked around myself,but of course didn't know what areas I could enter. I encountered several sales people and no one seemed to care what I was doing,or offer help. I guess I'm used to the hometown Dealerships where my salesman recognized me and at least feigned interest in my well being. No one was rude.Most personnel seemed more interested in the basketball game on the televisions than customers walking around. More
