Staff is extremely disrespectful. Had to come back to this shop because my normal mechanic and two other shops had broken their tool trying to change my oil filter. When I came back t Had to come back to this shop because my normal mechanic and two other shops had broken their tool trying to change my oil filter. When I came back they refused to change my oil filter without also changing the oil. (Which had already been done) I asked them to just loosen the filter so I could have my normal mechanic change the filter himself. They came back with a very sketchy two sentence liability “form” printed horizontally saying they wouldn’t be liable if it fell off trying to loosen it. When I asked if they would change it to tighten correctly instead of loosen because I didn’t want them to purposely ruin the car they refused. At the end they loosened it and showed me a video after they had said I would be able to watch. Refused to shake my hand after I had thanked them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible experience. Employees were incredibly disrespectful. Did not apologize for causing my normal mechanic to break his tool. The 19 year old mechanic acted like my mechanic who’s been working on cars for 40 years didn’t know what he was doing. I would never trust these people to work on your car and I will never be going back again. More
