Steve was so helpful. I was on hold for 20 minutes for service, and my phone was dying. So I hung up, and called back to just leave a message and he picked up right away. When I came in, he listened to the problem and even repeated it back to me. I was very upset because I brought it in to be fixed once before and the people I worked with did not understand what I was trying to explain to them and I ended up without a car for 2 or 3 days and it was not fixed. However, he got it in, listened to the problem and got it fixed in 2 days. More
