Arrived 7:15 am for routine 5k service. Did not have a service appointment. Only there one or two minutes when a Walker service writer Steve, came over and asked how Walker Ford could help me. I was inf service appointment. Only there one or two minutes when a Walker service writer Steve, came over and asked how Walker Ford could help me. I was informed service would open around 8:00am and there were 1 or 2 cars ahead of me but he would work my car in and get me back on the road asap. Steve and Walker service delivered just as promised. Great customer service. More
