Very happy! Check engine light on. Other dealers were week out to get appt. walker took me as walk-in. Then fixed it in 1 day. Service rep was super nice and responsive. We are continually very happy with all the people at Walker Ford. With this purchase, we had already selected the vehicle we wanted from online research. Mike Wickerham was the salesman who first approa Walker Ford. With this purchase, we had already selected the vehicle we wanted from online research. Mike Wickerham was the salesman who first approached us and he didn’t try to second guess us or upsell. He just helped us in every aspect, gave us the rundown on what did what and everything went perfectly smoothly. Mickey in Finance has worked with us on several previous purchases and once again made the process almost effortless. The only problem that arose is that a few days after or purchase the transmission began to slip and jerk back into gear. Service found the vehicle needed a software update and within an hour it was taken care of. I would suggest that with new purchase dealer prep, software be checked for any updates. Thank you again. Brought my vehicle in front oil changed and it took close to two hours to do. I was in the parts department and I overheard two customers complaining about waiting extended periods of time almost 2 hours as to two hours to do. I was in the parts department and I overheard two customers complaining about waiting extended periods of time almost 2 hours as well for an oil change I talk to the service manager and he knows that is a known problem but nothing is being done to fix it.
