THEY DO NOT HONOR ADVERTISED PRICE. BAIT AND SWITCH They had a new 2020 f150 listed $31,659. I took it first test drive and sat down to start the paperwork. Sales person ask what price did I see They had a new 2020 f150 listed $31,659. I took it first test drive and sat down to start the paperwork. Sales person ask what price did I see the car listed and I showed her a screenshot of their webpage. I was told the actual price was $33,659 and that could not be changed. Salesperson said let’s run the numbers anyway and see what happens. I walked out they emailed me the breakdown still using $33,659 . Staff mentioned how they don’t make profit on tags and no hidden extra fees. Apparently it’s the price that has hidden fees . If they would have honored the price I would have a new truck and they would be getting a nice review. More

I walked into Walker Ford not expecting much after a negative experience at several other dealerships. Far too many times I was drawn in by a reasonable price just to be surprised by previously added d negative experience at several other dealerships. Far too many times I was drawn in by a reasonable price just to be surprised by previously added dealer options like paint protection and Nitrogen filled tires adding thousands to the bottom line. Walker Ford was exactly the opposite. Kevin Jewel is the sales associate that assisted me. A genuinely nice guy. He found a truck in the inventory that fit my needs and made me a reasonable offer. No nonsense. No BS and most importantly, no surprises . The sales manager Danny and Harry in finance were also straight shooters. Dare I say that they made buying a new car a pleasant experience for a change. More

We are from out of town and needed an oil change for our Explorer. We made an appointment and it still took 2-1/2 hours for the service to be done. Very disappointed. In Michigan we go to Bob Maxey in Ho Explorer. We made an appointment and it still took 2-1/2 hours for the service to be done. Very disappointed.
